Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to eligible Perth addresses within our delivery zones.
- Minimum order: $50.
- Delivery fees are based on distance from our local delivery location.
- Free local delivery applies to eligible orders of $150 or more.
- Availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.
Delivery times
Orders are generally delivered same day or next business day where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery details
Please provide a correct delivery address, mobile number and any unit, gate or access instructions. If an incorrect or incomplete address requires a second delivery attempt, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Authority to leave
If no one is available, we may leave the order in a safe place where appropriate and where authority to leave has been provided. Candyverse is not responsible for loss, theft or damage after an order has been left at an authorised safe location.
Exclusions
Heavy Products may have separate delivery conditions. Frozen or in-store-only products, including Dippin’ Dots, are not available for local delivery unless specifically shown as eligible at checkout.
Local delivery is only available when the delivery address is within an active Candyverse local delivery zone.
